Now I want to ride my bicycle even more...

There are certain things people shouldn't have to do in life. Paying $28 for 8.5 gallons of gas is one of them.

:sigh: At least we still have better gas prices than most other countries...

And I think I've found a new source for "synthetic" motor oil.

Franklin County Fair Onion Rings!

There's enough oil on those to keep the cars and trucks of America running smoothly for decades to come!

PS: And this is completely unrelated, but after reading Eric Schlosser's Fast Food Nation back in July I think you may be on the right track with Vegetarianism!

 Fast Food Nation made my steak-and-potatoes cousin give up red meat.

As for the onion rings - that grease really makes them slide down your throat, doesn't it?

Re: the onion rings!

STOP, you're making me hungry.

Fast Food Nation hasn't made me give up red meat, but it has made me consider the source of the red meat I eat when I do eat it.

Generally if it's from McDonald's or just about any other fast food chain, it's to be avoided.
